Our story
AMT Sphere started in 2004 in a single office in Bur Dubai, set up by two consultants who'd spent the previous decade inside Big-4 audit and the FTA. The premise was simple: business setup in the UAE was being treated like a transaction, and clients were paying for that with bad structures, missed filings and surprise bills two years later.
Twenty years on, we've moved twice — to Sheikh Zayed Road, then to Iris Bay Tower in Business Bay — but the operating model hasn't changed. Every client works with a senior consultant. Nothing is outsourced. Nothing is delegated to juniors. We deliberately stay small enough to keep that promise.
Today we serve 1,200+ businesses across formation, accounting, corporate tax, golden visa, HR, banking, audit and certification. Most arrived through a referral from another client. We like it that way.

I lead company formation, golden visa and PRO services. 26 years in the UAE, the last 20 building this firm. I've personally signed off on more than 800 formations, including for Vodafone, Nestlé and a long list of founders you'd recognise.
